Redesign an existing informational report with a strong typographic hierarchy, cohesive visual language, and thoughtfully integrated data visualization. The goal is to elevate something ordinary into a cutting-edge, functional, and beautiful editorial system.
Solution
The redesign of the Farms Under Threat report reimagines agricultural data through a minimal, refined lens. Clean layouts and moody photography highlight the quiet beauty of farmland, contrasting the notion of agriculture as rough or unkempt. Thin white line graphics inspired by crop rows, tractor paths, and seeds create a cohesive visual language that overlays the imagery and subtly conveys data. A soft photo fade and paper-like texture add depth and reinforce the theme of disappearing farmland, balancing clarity with emotion.
